Nuncius - Annals of the History of Science
Galileo's Sidereus Nuncius proclaimed, in the seventeenth century, new and extraordinary discoveries to the intellectual community of the time. Today Nuncius, paying homage to the great Galilean tradition, provides an efficient means of communication and information for the international history of science community. Nuncius presents articles on all aspects of the discipline as well as detailed bibliographical and archival documentation, thereby acting as a valuable tool for the critical in-depth studies of a constantly evolving field.
NUNCIUS is the New Series of the "Annali dell'Istituto e Museo di Storia della Scienza di Firenze", founded in 1976 by Maria Luisa Righini Bonelli. Nuncius
is published twice a year.
