NUNCIUS
|
|
Galileo's Sidereus Nuncius proclaimed, in the seventeenth century, new and extraordinary discoveries to the intellectual community of the time. Nowadays, Nuncius, paying homage to the great Galilean tradition, provides with an efficient mean of international communication and information for the historians of science. Nuncius offers a detailed bibliographical and archival documentation besides articles on all the aspects of the discipline, with the various methodological approaches which characterizes it. Therefore, it proves to be a very useful tool for the critical in-dephts studies of a constantly evolving discipline. NUNCIUS is the New Series of the "Annali dell'Istituto e Museo di Storia della Scienza di Firenze" founded in 1976 by Maria Luisa Righini Bonelli. Nuncius is published twice a year. |
