Description Plano-convex eyepiece lens enclosed in a wooden mounting covered in green leather. The diameter of the lens is 20 mm, the thickness at the centre 4 mm, the focal length 53 mm. The glass, which has a slight green tint, shows some bubbles; the surface is scratched. The mounting, 95 mm long, is broken in various parts. One end is designed for insertion into a telescope tube. |
