The conference will be held in Florence, at the Biblioteca degli Uffizi.
Access to the Library is via the Uffizi Gallery entrance, which is located under the Loggiato degli Uffizi.
People attending the conference are not required to queue up. They only have to pass through the metal detector and tell the staff they are going to the Library.
English is the official language of the conference.
No registration is required. Seats are limited.
